Drive proactive headhunting, talent intelligence and pipeline building to support specialized and super‑specialty services aligned with the hospital’s premium positioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for critical roles including Consultants, Specialists, Nursing leaders, niche allied health professionals and other non‑clinical roles.
• Partner closely with Clinical Leadership and Executive Management to anticipate talent needs for advanced specialties and service line expansions.
• Lead executive search and headhunting for senior and hard‑to‑fill roles through market mapping, competitor benchmarking, and global talent outreach.
