Position Overview

RGE is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager / Manager to manage and govern group-wide compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks, providing data-driven guidance to businesses and ensuring competitiveness, consistency, and compliance across geographies. Compensation & Benefits Strategy Develop, review, and maintain group compensation and benefits frameworks, policies, programs, and salary structures. Conduct internal and external benchmarking to assess market competitiveness and support equitable pay outcomes. Lead and support annual compensation exercises, including merit reviews, bonus planning, and pay adjustments.
