Position Overview

RGE is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Assistant Manager / Manager to manage and govern group-wide compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks, providing data-driven guidance to businesses and ensuring competitiveness, consistency, and compliance across geographies.


Compensation & Benefits Strategy

  • Develop, review, and maintain group compensation and benefits frameworks, policies, programs, and salary structures.
  • Conduct internal and external benchmarking to assess market competitiveness and support equitable pay outcomes.
  • Lead and support annual compensation exercises, including merit reviews, bonus planning, and pay adjustments.
