Build trusted relationships with clients and brokers across an assigned portfolio, using data insights to help clients and brokers understand the utilization and make informed benefit decisions, while delivering high‑quality service to support retention and growth.Own the end‑to‑end management of client engagements and renewals, including proactive service delivery, coordination with internal stakeholders, negotiation of renewal terms, and effective presentation of recommendations to senior leaders and internal partners to achieve successful outcomes.Identify and facilitate growth opportunities within relationships and beyond.
