A Public Service institution is seeking a versatile, proactive and results-oriented person for the position below at its Head Office.


ASSISTANT MANAGER, LOANS

JOB TITLE : ASSISTANT MANAGER, LOANS


REPORTS TO : PRINCIPAL MANAGER, LOANS


SUPERVISES : NIL


JOB LOCATION : WA OFFICE


JOB PURPOSE : To provide operational support for the effective and efficient performance of the disbursement functions of the Fund.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collection of data for the formulation of policies

  • Implements programmes and activities of the Unit/Zones

  • Processes Loan applications to eligible students for disbursement

  • Implements guidelines for the disbursement of Loans

  • Manage and supervise the administrative works at the zonal office

  • Collection of school list from the schools on the loan scheme
