Position Overview
Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of the front-of-house, ensuring a smooth and efficient service
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables
- Manage reservations and optimize seating arrangements to maximize guest satisfaction and restaurant capacity
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate service
- Supervise and support front-of-house staff, including hosts/hostesses, waitstaff, and bartenders
- Train and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and professional work environment
- Address and resolve any guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and coordinate with management for replenishment
