Duties and Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Management (Hire to Retire): Facilitate end-to-end onboarding processes for new hires, including pre-employment documentation, system access provisioning, and compliance checks. Manage data entry and updates in SuccessFactors/SAP HCM for new hires, job changes, and employee exits. Oversee offboarding processes for leavers, ensuring completion of exit formalities and timely deactivation of access. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and documentation. Contractor Management: Coordinate onboarding activities for contractors, including verification of credentials and setup of required access.
