Staffing – Recruitment & Selection
- To fulfil talent needs for the organisation by implementing strategies for recruitment and measuring retention and turnover rates.
- Responsible for updating HR policies and overseeing hiring processes.
- To ensure all staff receive an employment contract timely and are registered at the labor office.
Compensations And Benefits
- To advise Head of Departments on employee salary guideline and compensation benefits benchmark / aligned with industry market data.
- Develop and maintain the Policy and Programs for Employee Compensation and Benefits.
- Manage HRIS, Staff Payroll, Income Tax Payment, Health Care, and Insurance Programs are in line with Company Policy and Country Laws.
