Position Overview

The Assistant Manager – Financial Accounting is responsible for overseeing the integrity of financial records, ensuring timely and accurate reporting, and strengthening financial controls in compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements.

Position Responsibilities:

1. Financial Accounting Oversight & Governance

  • Review and approve accounting entries to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with PH GAAP, PFRS, and company policies
  • Oversee recording and monitoring of premium-related transactions and other critical accounts
  • Ensure proper documentation, audit trail, and adherence to internal controls
  • Identify and resolve accounting issues, including application of new accounting standards
