Position Overview

Project Implementation and Management
Assist in planning, coordinating and executing IT and digital projects including POS system, ERP enhancements, and customer engagement platforms Gather business requirements from stakeholders, validate functional specifications and coordinate with system providers to deliver effective solutions Lead or support system testing, pilot developments and user acceptance process to ensure smooth project delivery.
