DP World are currently recruiting for an Assistant HR Business Partner to join our UK North & Ireland HR team based on-site in Coventry.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven HR professional to play a key role in supporting business growth across our existing Coventry site and the new Coventry 2 operation. Working closely with business leaders and a workforce of circa 200 employees, you will help deliver a best‑in‑class HR service and drive key people initiatives across the site.

How will you contribute:

• Support the delivery of DP World HR programmes and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and organisational goals.
• Assist with end‑to‑end talent acquisition processes, including job evaluation, grading, offers, contracts, and onboarding.
