This role works closely with hiring managers, external recruitment partners, educational institutions, and employees to attract, onboard, and retain talent while supporting HR operations, compliance, and process improvement initiatives.

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a diverse range of functions, including operations, events, commercial, corporate, digital, and seasonal hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and recruitment priorities.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and career fairs.
