Position Overview
Assistant HR Manager (HR Operations) Responsibilities: This position is a HR operations role with team lead responsibility. The incumbent will oversee a team of HR professionals to provide effective HR generalist support on the full spectrum of HR matters ranging from talent sourcing and acquisition, manpower planning, employee relations, onboarding, performance management to exit management, and other related HR Services. Support in partnering with the business stakeholders to identify and deliver HR strategic strategies, processes and program need.
