We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our Senior Leadership Team with strategic responsibility for attendance and behaviour.

This role is central to our ambition to ensure that every young person attends regularly, engages fully in school life, and feels a strong sense of belonging within our community.

The successful candidate will lead the development of a values-driven culture, where expectations are high, relationships are strong, and barriers to engagement are identified and addressed effectively.

They will work closely with pupils, staff, families and external partners to ensure that all learners are supported to participate fully and achieve their potential.
