Key Responsibilities:
• Motivate FOH staff to meet high service standards
• Train and onboard new team members effectively
• Perform regular coaching and performance evaluations
• Address disciplinary issues with fairness
• Ensure compliant operations with health regulations
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in management in food & beverage
• Strong leadership and mentorship abilities
• Knowledge of BC food safety laws
• Clear communicator among staff and guests
