Job Overview

Serve as the primary financial advisor to the financial controller, providing actionable insights into business performance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present accurate, timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Lead the annual budgeting process and develop rolling financial forecasts based on the company’s project pipeline and backlog.
• Monitor and analyze WIP schedules for all active civil, telecom, MEP and LCS projects to prevent profit fade and ensure accurate percentage-of-completion billing.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Estimators to analyze job costs, labor, materials and equipment against budgets and identify variances early.
• Review and approve subcontractor payment certificates, ensuring compliance with back-to-back payment terms and retention policies.
