Position Overview
The Assistant Finance Manager is responsible for the preparation of the month-end financial reporting process and preparation of financial statements. The role also supports group consolidation efforts, oversees related party transactions, contributes to business planning, and participates in compliance, automation, and other finance-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements. Manage tax planning, audit processes, and statutory filings in accordance. Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial reports for Bursa announcements and relevant board papers. Liaise with auditors for the yearly audit, preparation of financial statements and assist in the preparation of the Annual Report.
