Position Overview
Location: Macpherson Job Scope - Responsible for the management of all aspects of the financial, accounting, taxation, information technology and reporting functions of the Company.
- Review and enhance internal controls and procedures as part of continuous process improvement to achieve best practices and optimal output and ensure proper monitoring and enforcement are in place for these.
- Support payroll function, including providing end user support for EPE payroll processing system operations, extracting, analyzing and summarizing payroll data for journalizing on a monthly basis as well as for ad-hoc and statutory statistics requirements.
- Extract, reconcile, prepare and electronically transmit employees’ income details (IR8A) to IRAS on an annual basis.
- Submit and follow up on NSmen’s make-up pay claims and liaise with NS Pay Centres.
