• Supporting the CEO Karam Gill with scheduling, communication, research, and day‑to‑day operational needs.
• Supporting creative and development operations by coordinating decks, shaping visual materials, tracking projects, managing internal systems, and helping maintain the workflows and structure that power MGX.
