Your Mission

You’ll be a key player in ensuring our building and facilities are always in top shape — safe, functional, and guest‑ready. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Manager (or directly with the GM) to keep things running smoothly, especially during busy service and event periods.

This is not a desk job — we want someone who’s on the floor, solving problems, and supporting the team in real time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Support the management of daily engineering operations
• Supervise and guide a team of technicians
• Carry out and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance
