**A little more about your role…**

+ Assist in delivering pavement projects, including investigation reports, design, and site supervision.
+ Carry out road inspections and prepare treatment recommendations.
+ Demonstrate good technical knowledge of pavement design, maintenance, and construction projects.
+ Provide support to senior engineers within the design team, including planning, programming, and cost estimation.
+ Develop pavement designs and prepare contract documentation in accordance with the DMRB and MCHW standards.
+ Support the development of Graduate Engineers and Apprentices.
+ Develop designs using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
