Position Overview
Responsibilities - Responsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants, Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) and other field works
- Implement and monitor service and maintenance programme
- Support analysis and optimisation of plant maintenance
- Supervise and implement all maintenance processes including externally sourced contractors
- Support maintenance contract management
- Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems
- Assist Engineer in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required
- Assign and release work orders to the concerned maintenance specialists and contractors
- Close work orders / service requests after completion of work
- Ensure work method of maintenance activities comply with established standards and procedures
Requirements - Assist Engineer to analyse and implement facility enhancement and improvement works
