What the role is:
You will lead the Staff Engagement and Development function within ACE Group, driving strategies and initiatives that strengthen organisational culture, deepen staff engagement, support staff capability development, and strengthen leadership communications. This is a leadership role that requires both strategic thinking and execution capabilities to translate organisational priorities into meaningful and well-run programmes.
What you will be working on:
• You will lead and oversee staff engagement and culture-building efforts across ACE Group, ensuring initiatives are aligned with organisational priorities and drive meaningful outcomes.
