Position Summary

The Assistant Director of Men’s Basketball Operations and Player Development serves a key role in supporting the daily administration, organization, and operational success of the NCAA Division I Men’s Basketball program. This position is responsible for assisting with player development initiatives and overseeing a variety of operational functions that contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the program. Responsibilities include coordinating team travel and logistics, supporting recruiting operations, maintaining compliance-related documentation, managing equipment and inventory, assisting with budget and purchasing processes, and coordinating camps, clinics, community engagement activities, and special events. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree.
At least 1 year of experience in collegiate athletics, basketball operations, student-athlete development, athletic administration, or a related field.
