Job Description Assistant Director of Finance

As Assistant Director of Finance, you will play a key leadership role in delivering all accounting, finance, and business support functions across the hotel. You will partner closely with leaders across the property to drive performance, ensure strong financial governance, and support strategic decision-making, while leading and developing a high-performing finance team.

Pay Range:

$105,000 - $115,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications

Job Duties Include:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the finance department, mentoring and developing the team while driving engagement and performance

Leading month-end, preparing and delivering accurate financial reporting including forecasts and variance analysis
