Position Overview

Nature of Appointment: Permanent Appointment

Salary: R393 711 per annum (Level 9) plus benefits

Centre: Central Office

Ref: TNC/CO/22 – 11/4 Requirements Matric/NQF Level 4 Certificate plus a recognised National Diploma/Degree in Labour Relations, and Human Resource Management (NQF Level 6) or equivalent. At least 3–5 years’ experience in the Labour Relations environment. Knowledge and understanding of the Labour Relations Act, Public Service legislations and policies related to Human Resource Management. Advanced experience in the development, implementation, and interpretation of Labour Relations policies and procedures. Sound knowledge and understanding of the Labour Relations statutes. Sound knowledge of International Labour Organisation (ILO). Knowledge and understanding of the TVET/CET Administration. Knowledge and understanding of the Higher Education Sector.
