Position Overview
Responsibilities Strategic Fundraising and Outreach Engagement - Works closely with the CEO and members of Executive Team to plan and execute a comprehensive strategic outreach engagement and activation plan
- Meets established fundraising and outreach goals, understanding the critical role that supporter participation plays in ensuring the success of DPH
- Develop an overarching strategy that includes appropriate communications, marketing, supporter cultivation, personal contact, effective solicitation, and ongoing relationship
- Directs the major fundraising initiatives, including special events, individual giving, major gifts, planned giving, grants
New Donor/Donor Management - Initiates and maintains contact with major donors, building meaningful relationships
- Conducts independent research, to identify, recruit and activate prospective supporters
