Requirements

• A three-year tertiary qualification at NQF level 7 in Financial Management / Financial Accounting / Management Accounting / Economics / Finance. 3 years’ functional experience in budget management environment.

Duties

• To provide support during the implementation of the provincial planning and budgeting process by providing advice, guidance and training to client departments on the provincial budget process, budget formats and budget reforms.
