THE OPPORTUNITY

The University of Texas Southwestern (UTSW) Medical School seeks an experienced and innovative individual to serve as Assistant Dean for Admissions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellence in all aspects of the UTSW’s medical student admissions process for our MD, MD/PhD, and MD/MPH programs. The Assistant Dean is a member of the medical education leadership team and has broad programmatic oversight for its Admissions. The Medical School has a strong institutional commitment to excellence, innovation, and professionalism and seeks an individual who shares that commitment.

The candidate must have an MD degree (or equivalent) and have a significant record of leadership and achievement in an area of medicine and/or education.
