**What's the role?**

As an Assistant Controller, this role provides financial and accounting leadership by overseeing month‑end close, balance sheet integrity, inventory and general accounting operations, and internal controls. The Assistant Controller manages and develops a team of accounting leaders, partners cross‑functionally with FP&A, Technical Accounting, Supply Chain, and Global Business Services, and ensures accurate financial reporting, compliance with SOX and accounting standards, and continuous process improvement. Reporting to the Controller, this position plays a key role in maintaining strong financial governance, managing risk, and supporting informed business decision‑making across the organization.

**Month-End Close**

+ Lead and coordinate the end‑of‑month close process, ensuring accurate and on‑time delivery.
+ Partner with GBS to support the close for Puerto Rico (PR) and U.S. Virgin Islands (USVI).
