Responsibility

Business Process planning and coordination: Establish and execute business process plans and strategies to ensure all the workflows follow operation standard and direction

Business Governance: Supervise and train different business units, participate in formulating and regularly review business operation plans

Risk Identification and Process Optimization: Identify and assess potential risks and improve the weaknesses in business processes.

Provide recommendations based on reviewed results and work with other teams to optimize business rules and processes

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or above in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Management or a related field.

3+ years of solid and relevant work experience, experience in Telecommunications industry is a definite advantage.
