Job Description :
Report to: Senior Brand Manager
β’ Assist brand manager in setting agenda for brand development.
β’ Assist in developing annual brand marketing plan to meet market share, volume, profits.
β’ Assist in preparing budgets and implementing tactical programs for comprehensive integrated brand communication campaigns.
β’ Keep track, record and do frequent reports related to brand(s)
β’ Conduct market analysis with sales team to understand market trend, consumer insight, brand performance, competition.
β’ Share analysis results with senior management to suggest solution and direction to improve issue, leverage strenths & opportunities.
β’ Analyze customer behavior change.
β’ Set up KPIs for each activity, ensure & maintain KPIs achievement.
β’ Coordinate with cross function teams, internal and external resources to achieve the common goals.
