Role Summary

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional, relationship-based banking experiences for members. You will support the development and performance of member-facing staff, build strong relationships with members and community partners, and contribute to branch business outcomes through thoughtful leadership and service excellence. This full-time, permanent role is based in Vancouver and reports directly to the Branch Manager.
