Overview
To effectively supervise retail sales area to deliver sales targets offer high level of customer service and create a challenging and healthy environment where staff can develop. Manage staff to achieve cross sell ratio of 3.0 or greater.
Core Responsibilities
- Ensure adequate staffing of retail sales department and raise any concerns to BM.
- Provide input on CSOs performance to the BM.
- Provide coaching mentoring and guidance to CSOs.
Job Specific Accountabilities
- Support BM in implementing retail sales change initiatives.
- Actively Sell / cross sell asset and liability products to new and existing Classic and advantage customer.
- Ensure retail sales performance meets KPI targets as per customer segments.
- Supervise CSO performance by participating in and leading daily retail sales team meetings.
