KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this successful company in North Shields to recruit an Assistant Accountant.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintaining sales and purchase ledgers
• Making daily payments to suppliers and chasing customer payments
• Matching invoices and reconciling supplier statements
• Carrying out bank reconciliations
• Preparing VAT returns from information supplied
• Ensuring all accounting information is received from clients
• Liaising with clients and dealing with any queries

Qualifications

You will be AAT qualified or qualified by experience. You will be proactive and able to prioritise a changing workload. Proficiency in Cloud Accounting software is preferred.
