The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a growing and diverse commercial property portfolio.

This role is focused on driving commercial performance , optimising existing assets , and supporting expansion through new retail and drive-thru developments . You will play a key role in shaping the future property strategy, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver both operational excellence and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day performance of a varied commercial property portfolio, including retail parks, standalone stores, and drive-thru locations
• Maintain accurate records of leases, key dates, and obligations
• Review asset performance and identify opportunities to enhance value and returns
