About the role

We have an exciting opportunity to support, monitor and analyze a range of business activities within the Property Services and wider MIT & Unitec business in the Tamaki region. Reporting to the Team Lead – Facilities, this position plays a key role in ensuring our asset data, systems and property information are accurate, reliable and support informed decision-making across the organisation.

Your mandate will be to document best practice through process improvement monitoring and reporting across the following business activities:

• Asset Data Standards, and data capture
• Asset Management (AM) system
• Property and Campus Services Capex Process
• Buildings and Floor Plans including CAD updates and space planning support
• Asset System Management
• Performance Reporting
• Performance and Development Management
• Relationship Management
