This role includes participation in an out of hours oncall schedule to support service delivery as required.

We are looking for a detail-focused and compassionate Assessment Review Officer to join our team in Oldham.

This is a key role within our domiciliary care service, responsible for ensuring that care packages are accurately assessed, regularly reviewed, and continuously improved to deliver safe, high quality, person centred care.
