PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Develops, evaluates, and improves assembly and testing techniques, procedures, and workflow to enhance the efficiency of the productions department.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Read and understand Engineering Drawing, APIs and ISOs.
- Clean, perform layout, take down the traceability, assemble/disassemble the equipment and test per standards.
- Set-up, operate and maintain machinery, lifting gears and other related equipment in the workshop.
- Able to understand test equipment and to perform test accordingly.
- Able to write and maintain assembly map, records traceability in traceability form prior to assemble and sign off accordingly after completion of work.
- Inspect and maintain all tools required for the job.
- Doproper housekeeping in work areas and do 5S inspection according to schedule.
