Position Overview
Pay Rate: $18.41 Per hour
Summary:
- Shift: 1st 6am-2:30pm with overtime
Responsibilities:
- Assemble inset lights and components by performing various tasks in a stationary work cell.
- Use various hand tools according to specifications and standards, including hand-operated power screwdrivers, hand screwdrivers, rivet machines, crimping tools, baggers, pliers, hammers, drift pins, nut runners, and other tools.
- Adhere to production schedules as determined by Supervisor or Team Lead and work from sample fixtures.
- Handle and move parts from storage locations to the work cell.
- Assist Material Handler in obtaining parts as necessary.
- Perform individual quality inspections throughout the assembly process, marking and setting aside parts with defects and informing the Supervisor or Team Lead.
