Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Paver Operator or similar role.
• Knowledge of concrete mix, curing, and surface finishing.
• Ability to read and understand construction plans and slope grades.
• Familiar with operating and maintaining various types of concrete pavers.
• Strong understanding of safety protocols.
• Physically fit and capable of working long hours under various weather conditions.
• Physically fit and able to work under sun and varying weather conditions.
• High School Graduate or equivalent (required)
• With TESDA NC II Certification in Heavy Equipment Operation (preferred)
• Minimum of 1–2 years experience operating a concrete paving machine.
