Position Overview
MAIN PURPOSE The Regional IT PMO Manager is responsible for ensuring financial integrity, IT programme management, and communication across the APAC ICT portfolio. This role acts as the single point of coordination for IT financial management, portfolio visibility, vendor cost governance, and ICT communications, supporting decisionmaking at regional leadership level and partners closely with ICT Domain Leads (Applications, Infrastructure & Network, Security, Digital, BI/Reporting), Finance, HR, Legal, Procurement, and Global IT teams to ensure that IT initiatives are wellgoverned, financially controlled, and clearly communicated. Key Responsibilities IT Financial Management & Budget Governance Own and maintain the APAC IT budget across Budget planning, Latest Estimate cycles, actuals, and accruals Perform chargeback calculations, cost allocations, accruals, reconciliation, and financial reporting Maintain APAC IT financial data in Global tracking systems (e.g. Apptio) Analyse IT spend ...
