Lead the end-to-end deployment and governance of Global development programs across Asia Pacific.Partner with Global Learning Center (GLC) team to contextualize and implement leadership development initiatives that address regional business needs.Manage the annual leadership development calendar, ensuring alignment with business priorities and talent strategies.
