Position Overview
Primary Purpose and Overall Objective of the Job - Lead and drive end-to-end demand planning processes across ASEAN to ensure forecast accuracy, demand visibility, and alignment with business strategy, enabling optimal inventory, service level (OTIF), and supply chain performance.
Main Accountabilities - Demand Planning & Forecast Management: Lead monthly demand planning cycle across ASEAN (Demand Review, forecast consolidation, S&OP inputs); Consolidate and validate country forecasts (distributors, direct markets, tenders, lifecycle events); Ensure alignment of volume and value forecasts with commercial and financial targets
- S&OP / IBP Governance (ONE PLAN): Anchor ASEAN Demand Review and contribute to regional S&OP / IBP process; Facilitate cross-functional alignment (Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain); Drive implementation and adoption of IBP tools (e.g., SAP IBP) and standardized planning processes
