We are seeking a Project Controls Manager for our Dubai office.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and monitoring of baseline master programmes and detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Oversee project controls processes, including planning, progress measurement, reporting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Lead the preparation of lookaheads, recovery programmes, and what‑if scenario analyses to support project delivery and decision‑making.
• Monitor project progress against approved baselines, key milestones, and contractual obligations, and drive corrective actions where required.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and commercial teams to validate progress, assess impacts, and ensure alignment across all project functions.
