TheArea Sales Manager (VisMin) will lead and grow our sales operations acrossVisayas and Mindanao territories. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing sales teams, and building strong client relationships to support the company’s strategic and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

• Develop and execute area-specific sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the team
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Team Management

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives
