Area Sales Manager – building construction products into housebuilders / builders merchantsThe role of Area Sales Manager * Develop and manage specification opportunities with regional and national housebuilders

• Track and convert specifications into orders via the merchant channel
• Build strong relationships with builders’ merchants and ensure consistent supply and stock availability
• Identify and win commercial specification projects by engaging with architects, landscape designers, and planning consultants

Host CPD presentations and influence decision-makers at early project stages

• Collaborate internally with technical and customer service teams to deliver excellent project support
