Job Summary

• Support Sales & Distribution in assigned areas with KPI on sales target.

Day-To-Day Activities

• Execute, monitor effectiveness of sales strategy/promotion plans and seek new opportunities to expand UM touch points & pyramid.
• Deepen dealer loyalty through activations (prepaid and postpaid).
• Ensure proper knowledge and training on:

• System: genuine and accurate activations through control system & system knowledge.
• Product: full range of products.
• How to Sell: accurate and correct information given.
• Incentives/Pyramid: proper guidance in building loyalty.
• POSM: latest and up to date POSM.
