The Area Operations Manager is a people leadership role where you’ll guide and support operations across 6 plants in the Canterbury Metro region.

Reporting to the Head of South, you’ll lead 8 direct reports and around 60 indirect team members, creating an environment where people feel supported, connected, and empowered to perform at their best.With responsibility for the operational P&L, you’ll balance performance and care—ensuring safe, consistent, and high-quality outcomes across the region. This role is focused on operational excellence and leadership, with no sales accountability.
