We’re seeking an experienced and people-focused area manager to support five of our Taranaki centres in a fulltime role. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to influence outcomes for children, whānau, and teaching teams while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.

As an area manager within BestStart’s Midland Region, you’ll provide leadership and support to centre managers, ensuring high-quality education and care, strong enrolment performance, and compliance across your centres. You’ll balance educational leadership with business acumen, guiding teams through growth, change, and success.
